Information we collect

This website does not store your information. The estimate questionnaire runs entirely in your browser. When you tap send, it opens your text messages, WhatsApp or email app with a ready-made message, and nothing is sent until you press send there.

When you contact us, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, phone, email, property address, the services you need and photos. We use it only to prepare your estimate, schedule and perform the service, and follow up about it.

We do not sell or share your information

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for targeted advertising. We only share it with providers that help us run the business (for example, our phone and email services), and when required by law.

Text messages

If you text us, we will reply by text about your estimate and appointment. We do not send marketing texts without your permission. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from us.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies for tracking, advertising or analytics, and we do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar tools.

Third-party services

• Cloudflare hosts this website and logs technical access data (such as IP address and browser) for security.
• Google Fonts provides the fonts. Your browser connects to Google to load them, which shares your IP address with Google.
• WhatsApp and Instagram open when you tap those links, and Meta's privacy policies apply there.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time what information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it: text +1 (754) 272-5100 or email masterglass89@gmail.com. We will reply within 30 days. We keep estimate and service records only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and tax requirements.

Children

This website is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
